Megastructures Improvements [1.8]

描述
Makes a few changes to the megastructures sytem to make them more feasible for the mid-late game instead of solely being an end-game feature, as well as a few tweaks to generally improve the system.

Changes:
  • 1 Megastructure per system limit removed
  • Multiple Megastructures can now be constructed at once
  • Ring Worlds can now be constructed around black holes
  • Ring Worlds and Dyson Spheres can now be constructed in systems with uninhabited habitable planets (Orbital Habitats may be inhabited)
  • Time for all Ring World section construction reduced by 25%
  • Time for all Dyson Sphere segment construction reduced by 25%
  • Cost for all Dyson Sphere segment construction reduced by 15%
  • Mega-Engineering tech moved from Tier 4 to Tier 3, making it able to appear earlier in the tech tree
  • Drop rate of the Mega-Engineering tech if you have the Master Builders ascension perk increased slightly

The problem with the 00_eng_tech.txt file currently makes the mod unusable for the 2.0 version of the game.

Having the same problem as Leonineus, because of the wholesale replacement of the 00_eng_tech.txt file it still references the spaceport techs that were removed from the game in the 2.0 update. Which of course means that the techs added to the game to replace the spaceport techs are not in said file.

Seems to cause the Spaceport starting tech which allows me to build science ships, corvettes and Starports to disappear...

Still works as far as I can tell @Tyrannus Primus Best to ignore the version warning, this mod is pretty streight forward so unless the assets for megastructures are changed in a major way by PDX it will be good to go out the gate

when I want a stand alone to build multiple mega structures in the same system

Keep in mind though that you must always build the RW/OBSP first before building the sphere

Could you possibly make a mini-mod that just lets you build a ring world around the same star as a dyson sphere? This mod seems to conflict with another one that lets me start building megastructures much earlier.
