I figured the best way to the pressurized room (to breathe and get to the tools) was to run down the stairs, drop down to the gravity generator, kick it in reverse (but at low-g), then make my way up (which is now down) to the outside doors of the pressurized room. No matter what I tried, though, I died before I finished my objective. Maybe I'm just missing something really basic...

Pretty cool. You really have to improvise to survive, especially with no working jetpack. I put a cockpit on the left air vent and an oxygen gen where the right air vent was, then an air vent on that. Made a lot of excursions into the cargo area for parts, mainly computers and I built an assembler and a couple oxygen bottles. Lastly with my 3 remaining reactor components I built a rotor, small head and a small reactor to keep the batteries from draining. Will totally recharge the batteries with no gravity generator in 2hrs. Not sure how I wish to proceed from here.

А вообще, Спейсы - это выживание против багов, а не против окружения.
