As the title says, these are Terrorists NPCS and Playermodels. This Is Also An Edit Of An Already Popular Addon, https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=208348503. I couldn't find a NPC version, so I made one myself.

• Hostile and Friendly NPCs
