[AB+ TESTED ONLY] Rain Boots

NOTE: I have not updated any of my mods to Repentance. I'm not sure if I will or not. If I do, it'll be after I've explored the update enough, I don't want to get spoiled by testing mods.

Splish Splash! Enjoy a rainy day with some cute yellow and purple rain boots!

Holding the Rain Boots does the following: When tears hit an enemy, it creates a puddle. Stepping in the puddle will splash tears in all directions.

Remember - even bugs can be out on a rainy day. Let me know if you find any!

More details:
Tears from puddles are based on your tears.
The distance they go is based on the players velocity.
Puddles can't spawn where there is already a puddle, but the lower the players max tear rate is, the closer the puddles can be together.
