These are some Galadhrim elf units, have only made archers, swords 2h and swords 1h so far. You can find the units under the alans faction in custom battle.

It looks like the creator of this mod hasn't been on steam in awhile. I hope the ROM team can get in touch and integrate this sub-mod into the official?(This was suggested earlier before just reiterating the thought). Great Mod and deserves an update! :)
