Unfortunately, I'm pretty awful at 3D modeling and Photoshop. Please do not expect much from this asset, because I'm only making them available as a courtesy. Finally, the triangle count for both the main and LOD models may be on the high end; however they don't seem to impact performance for my use. Partially I believe this is due to drawing the model in SketchUp and subsequently importing in to 3ds Max before exporting for CSL.

I updated the asset page, should let folks know of the needed DLC. I'm glad you like my crude assets :)

Thank you, I have not the technology pack, so I can use it. My dude was if I need or not this dlc. I'm seeing in my game I can't activate or desactivate the sp wave power plant, so... I'm thinking about buying the dlc. Thank you very much! I love your assets :D

I believe you should find it under the water asset, on the user technology buildings. However I haven't been on the game in awhile.

It's definitely part of the plan. I have a map where I'm going to have several sections of the city seperated by high way, and in those sections will be a "city center". Such a center would have police, fire, hospital, transit, and of course- education.
