For higher-level electronic equipment, it would be nice if we had a non-blocking XBus counter. I have designed it to minimize its size. It should have variable minimum and maximum values as well as a user-defined step value.

Small hint: The most difficult part is multiplexing the signals. The trick is to do some math on the left side as well, instead of just sticking a DX300 in there.

Big hint: Have the MIN and MAX dials on the right half, and the STEP dial on the left half.

Optimization tip: Subtracting STEP is equivalent to adding -1 * STEP.
