Silver Moons' Blade

This mod adds a shiny sabre and a texture for when the weapon breaks. There's also a worn texture, but I don't know how to impliment it (if it's even possible). I plan to add some more variants of the sabre with different stats soon. This is my first mod for Delver, and I based it on the example mod at http://www.delvergame.com/mods.html
