Doesn't seem to work for me. I don't lose the creep on damage.

This is great! Should be a booster pack item.

maybe instead of heal for 1/2 red heart give 1 single hp up? Because otherwise its kinda bad, even for boss pool

@Strawrat Now its actually good. Because if you play good, you can keep the creep. but if you dont, its not entirely useless. :3

Underrated item. It's got a great sprite and the effects are both unique and simple.

@Enzo1403, buffed it: green creep now begins spawning again when Isaac goes down a floor. I didn't want to make it too powerful since it's a Boss Room item.

Well, I can tell you that the effect to spawn creep isnt to powerful.
At least generate it either every room, or every floor. But permanently gone?
It will end up being just a 1/2 Health up, because the blue flies are a one-time thing too, and therefore its pretty weak. And because it is pretty weak, it is an item that you rather want to reroll. Which really shouldnt be the case. Especially for modded items.

@Dracologist, yes that's part of the design. I didn't want it to be too powerful since this is a Boss Room item. You get a temporary boost as long as you are careful.

You can also get the creep back if you pick up another Moldy Cheese.
