Foal Portraits

Adds portraits for Horse children. 1 male (colt), 1 female (filly).

Completely Ironman compatible. Does not disable achievements.

Should be compatible with anything that doesn't modify Horse portrait information.

Not compatible with Anime Portraits due to their inclusion of the default Horse portrait information.

Let me know if there are any problems with incorrect portraits due to mixed culture/ethnicity. Keep in mind culture and graphical culture (ethnicity) are different. You can have a Horse cultured adult with other ethnicity that may look like a human without clothes or an ethnic Horse with other culture that looks like a horse wearing clothes. Horse culture with Horse ethnicity will result in regular horses. Horses ruling theocracies for some reason seem to always have clothes on.

TL;DR: If you have one human parent and one horse parent there's a chance the child may have Horse culture but still look like a human or vice versa.
