Draconian France

Dragons have crossed over from the dragon dimension into our world, and have assumed control of... France.

As their neighbor to the east, Germany, rapidly re-militarizes, the people of France urgently seek a strong government able to counteract the German threat. Who better to take the helm than a dragon with the appearance of a cute, busty, and energetic young girl dressed in a maid outfit - Tohru, a dragon (in human form) from a mysterious dimension of otherworldly creatures. To top it all off, Tohru's presence ends up attracting several other mythical beings to the human dimension, bringing in a host of eccentric personalities...

*also this mod conflicts with my Azunyan Reich mod, if both are enabled, one will have default country names. I'll try to find a work-around for this later
