Helmeted Skeletons

While modding, I discovered another unused feature in the game files that isn't actually implemented in the game. Did you know that skeletons can wear Iron Helmets? I didn't either, because they don't in the game.

With this mod, I've reincorporated this feature so that melee skeletons have a 25% chance to spawn with helmets. This works using outfits - no new models or actors are added, so this mod should not conflict with Skyrim Monster Mod or any other mod that adds new creatures to the skeleton level lists.
