This is my first of hopefully many contributions to the Team Fortress 2 Workshop. I started this item over a year ago, but only recently found the time to finish it. It began as a hat, but after some play testing, I discovered that snipers really don't benefit from big attention-grabbing things on their heads... so it was reborn this week as a miscellaneous item.
