RL Replacement - piercing and falling projectiles

It is not a weapon resource. This mod changes and replaces stats of the Rocket Launcher. It doesn't have proper visuals, only new projectile.

Stats changed:
+ 10 more dmg (total of 160), you can kill big lava golems with 5 shots instead of 6
+ Faster Projectile speed (50 while RL is 30)
+ Piercing of low HP enemies (up to Kleers and Minor Biomech)
- No splash dmg (no rocket jumps but no self damage either)
- Falling projectile (to limit its range and effectiveness at longer distances)
- Lower attack speed (1.15 just like single shotgun)

My first mod ever. I always wanted some kind of piercing weapon in SS that isn't cannon. Originally I wanted it to have lower dmg and faster projectile but you cannot have that now. Projectiles pierce only when they kill the enemy. So I'm forced to add more piercing and that means more dmg.

This is very similar to Devastator from SS3 but it has way slower projectile and lower attack speed. If I would increase those stats and add a little bit of splash dmg it would be super obvious. This version is more in line with Rocket Launcher and Grenade Launcher when it comes to balance.
