This was made by RedVelvet Cake, I merely helped him debug it. (He cant seem to change visibility on his workshop so im uploading for him.)

And yes we know there are 11 duplication errors ignore those.

This is just a simple mod that makes the "Outcast" aka "Doppelganger" aka "Contestant" an actual faction.

They have access to every part in the game and allows you to use multi-faction capitals in normal survival mode.

Also adds some 150-350 P multi-faction ships for a starter fleet.
