Here's the Google Chrome version for my YouTube binding. I'm planning on making a Firefox version.

Controls:
A Button - Clicking
B Button - Playing/Pausing
X Button - Muting
Y Button - Toggle Captions

D-Pad
================================
Up (D-Pad) - Turn the Volume Up
Down (D-Pad) - Turn the Volume Down
Left (D-Pad) - Make the video slower
Right (D-Pad) Make the video faster

Shoulder buttons
================================
LB - Rewind the Video by 5 seconds
RB - Fast-Foward the Video by 5 seconds
LT - Rewind the Video by 10 seconds
RT - Fast Forward the Video by 10 seconds

Other
================================
Left Stick - Show Virtual Keyboard
Right Stick/Start - Toggle Fullscreen
Back - Go to the beginning of the video
