Rocket Jumping

This mod enables (well, imitates) rocket jumping that was present in previous Serious Sam games but was removed in BFE.

Works both in Singleplayer and in Multiplayer. There are few things to note about Multiplayer though:

• Rocket jumping works only for players that have this mod enabled, regardless of client/host;
  
• If one player has this mod while other player doesn't, first one will look weird to the second while performing rocket jump;
  
• If you have high ping you may experience troubles with performing rocket jump, it sometimes just won't work. There are some tips to make a successful jump in this situation.
  First, try to shoot rocket later in the jump, not right when you started lifting off. Second, don't rapidly look away from shooting direction after you launched a rocket. Third, the probability of making successful jump is higher when not running but standing;
