Backpack Lanterns

描述
Adds new versions of the wooden, traders wooden, scavenger, and large backpacks that gives the wearer a lantern at their waist. You'll find the backpacks in the usual backpack shops.

The hip lantern doesn't seem to have the option to add a function to it. Just the material it's made out of and the appearance of the light effect. I went into the light effect and it didn't have an option to make it reduce darkness penalty.

I just made a duplicate of the normal backpacks and added the lantern attachment that already existed in the game files. I didn't create the lantern, it was already in the game files. Regarding negating the night time penalty, I'll look into that.

Would it be possible to let your packs negate the "work in darkness" minus? No idea how complicated it is, I'm just asking:-)
Another question, am I more visible to NPCs at night? I mean, can they actually "see" the light?
