Uncle Eli - Kick Bombs!

描述
Uncle Eli ventures into the Basement!

Eli is a player character, copypasted inspired from Uncle Eli in Crypt of the Necrodancer, who has three two main abilities:

-He has infinite bombs.

-He is immune to his own bombs. (now disabled by default, look further down for more info

-And, last, but not least, he can kick bombs instead of shooting as usual. He can kick them over pits, in case you're in one of these nasty rooms without a path to your enemies.

His bombs have the same damage as Dr. Fetus bombs (so, 30+DMG*5), and the rate at which you can drop them is affected by your Tears stat.

You can also unlock Eli's Hat by defeating Mom's Heart with him, which gives you immunity to bomb damage.

If you want Eli (without the item) to have his bomb immunity again, enable Coward mode in the main.lua (right at the top, doesn't need programming knowledge) and replace the false after "cowardMode" to true. You coward.

This mod uses code from my templates, feel free to take a look/copy them, they're heavily commented.

Works well in Repentance, and since the bombs use Dr. Fetus synergies it even works with some new items such as Eye of the Occult or Playdough Cookie. The 99... added to the end of the bomb counter is only made for 0 HUD offset though, but this probably isn't an issue caused by Repentance.

You cannot kick bombs at 0 distance from you, you need to get back a bit

Bomb kicking is not reliable, sometimes when i stand still I can kick them in 3 out of 4 directions

Even though I've never played Crypt of the Necrodancer, I really liked this mod! The bomb kicking added an interesting challenge to traditional Isaac play, and caused me to handle a lot of rooms differently than I normally would. The only suggestion I might make would be to add more synergies to the character. All bomb synergies worked perfectly, but there were times where I picked up items in an attempt to be weird (My Reflection, Tiny Planet), and they unfortunately didn't do anything.
