NOTE: I have not updated any of my mods to Repentance. I'm not sure if I will or not. If I do, it'll be after I've explored the update enough, I don't want to get spoiled by testing mods.

They consume each other!

This mod adds two items, one passive, and one active.

Scratch is a one room charge active item that, when used, scratches the nearest enemy. That enemy bleeds, drawing all other enemies to "eat" it - that is, attack it until it dies. Enemies will be charmed, but will only attack the "scratched" enemy.

Isaac found a dress - and it's so cute! When wearing this, any enemy that damages you will be "shamed". Shamed enemies will be attacked by other enemies until they die. They just feel the need to protect someone so cute!
