there is a bug it replace my trinket with the trinket that i already have. Which remove it out of the game now i have 2 of the replaced trinket and i lost the other one forever please fix it

this mod is very confusing

i use this mod it works fine
but when i start the game from the beginning again, then use this mod, the mod won't work
