Have also finished and uploaded Voyager voicepack: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2436110600
, CharacterTemplate="SparkSoldier"
after
TemplateName="DataVoice-Spark_TNG", ArchetypeName="DataVoice.Voicepack_Arch"
and
TemplateName="DataVoice-SparkFX_TNG", ArchetypeName="DataVoice-Spark.Voicepack_Arch"
, inside the parenthesis. As it stands there's nothing to tell the game that this voice is SPARK voice, so I think it just defaults it to adding it as another option for regular soldiers.
However, if the mod author doesn't release a fix (it is a four year old mod lol) this is a simple fix that doesn't require any XCOM modding knowhow. You just need a copy of notepad and the filepath, which is in the mod description.
