Vassals' culture spread

描述
This small mod changes the conditions of culture spread. At this moment, a province's culture only changes if the owner shares culture with its top liege.

With this mod this is not required anymore. The province's owner only have to check one of this 2 requisites:
1. He's independent or his liege have the same culture (like Vanilla),
2. He have at least Duke tier, independent or not.

Useful if you want a diverse realm with a lot of cultures, and you don't want to make a giant unicultural blob.

This mod affects two events: 55000 (transfer culture to neighbour province) and 55001 (bring settlers to a conquered province).

So what you're saying is that if I am emperor, greek and conquer Egypt while putting in place a character who has a bulgarian culture and who has all the counties of a duchy (and controlling the duchy himself) in Egypt, he would be able to convert the duchy that he fully controlls to bulgarian culture? Am I understanding this right?

A character is the owner of some province if they hold the county title. But as long as the character is not independent, they must be at least duke (having a duchy title) to have a chance to convert the culture of the province.

Nope, the culture of the province can only change to the culture of its owner, a count in that case
