描述
Reduces the weight of the Dragonstone from 25 pounds to 1. This is handy for a RPG character which is active in Guild quests without following the Dragonborn main quest, and will not turn the Dragonstone in.

facepalm....Quest items have no weight already. It says 25 but since you can't drop the item, the game considers it to be weightless.

quest items don't have weight when you carry them.

mate all quest related items weight 0 pounds, even if it says 25, try dropping everything except that ^^ will say 0/xxx :) same with elderscrolls and every other undroppable item
