Preceding the Twilight Guard's invasion of the Normont mainland, the admiralty a received notice of support from the grand homeworld. The weary troops were to expect ground support directly from Sylvian high command.

The day reinforcements arrived, they brought with them equipment the likes of which not a single Nelevian in the Twilight Guard had seen before. These weapons had been developed in the off-world colonies by leading engineers at EK, or so they were told. One such tool they brought with them; were great metal beasts that, with a great skill, were capable of flight. Armored all-terrain mechs, originally used for peacekeeping missions on the planet Novadra.

The E-762A Guardian is a lightweight single-pilot combat armor. It carries heavy armament for its small size, but it is expensive to maintain and must refuel periodically. Because of this, they are usually deployed as ground support for motorized infantry with accompanying supply units.

It carries two forward machine guns, as well as four rocket pods. A flight pack allows quick travel across water and uneven terrain. The Guardian is even capable of pilotless operation using an autonomous AI.
