Soviet Race

This is a simple mod that add a new race in the humanoid section. It's just a epic picture of Staline for all good socialist. The Portrait is not animated and i don't think i'll do the animation but if you want to do it, I can give you the files of the mod.

This mod is completely compatible with the other mod of stellaris.
