@TNA l Yeezy0470 sry i have no idea. have you tried to restart it ? and run without steam ?
Can you try to run it without Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\installer.exe ? Does it show any verification errors?
