Tips
- I left the building free of roads, trees, props, additional lights, etc. in order to let you decorate it just as you like directly in game. For this purpose you can simply use mod More Beautification by Bloody Penguin, follow the instruction written there.
- Of course before plopping the building please make the ground flat and even. You might also find helpful mod Surface Painter to fill the ground additionally with concrete.
- If you would like it to be as a residential, office, etc. please go for RICO mod and set it up locally.
- For best quality try the mod Dynamic Resolution (fixed for 1.6)
