描述
Adds an effect to two of the XCOM EU/EW voicebanks to make them sound more like a drell from the Mass Effect games. These lines will not sound as good as the drell audio lines ripped straight from the games, but they should sound somewhat similar.

*Please Note* that the drell audio effect caused a lot of audio errors after it was applied to the voice lines. I tried to either edit out the errors or keep the lines with only minor audio errors, but I did have to get rid of a large chunk of lines because they sounded awful.

600 voice lines per voicebank
--1 female voice: English Female 2 (aka Mass Effect's Ashley Williams)
--1 male voice: English Male 4 (aka XCOM 2's Central Officer Bradford)
Radio effect applied

Add a female voicebank to the salarian sounding mod (no ETA, but I am working on it)

==Q and A==
Q: Why not use the XCOM2 voicebanks?
A: Oddly, the XCOM EU/EW voicebanks were easier to find in the SDK.

Q: Will you do voicepack mods for the other Mass Effect species?
A: I have no current plans to do the other species.

Q: Will you do the other XCOM voicebanks for the drell?
A: No. The drell audio effect takes up more file size to make so any more voicebanks and this voicepack mod would be too cumbersome to load. Furthermore, at my audio editing skill level, it would be an editing nightmare to do any more voicebanks for the drell.

==Audio Errors==
Please let me know if there is an issue with the volume level or any other audio issues with the mod. I can't guarentee that I can fix the problem, but I'll see what I can do.

Acutally, it was between the one that sounded like Ashley Williams and the one that sounded like Jack, but the one that sounded like Ashley Williams sounded better after I applied the effect.

out of curiosity, is there a reason you chose the one voice from EW female troopers that happens to be by Ashley William's voice actor in Mass Effect?
