Blank Police Landing Pad - Functional

This is a blank landing pad from which police helicopters will take off and land, it acts the same way as a regular depot. Feel free to decorate it yourself, but be careful when placing props within the basic 2x2 plot, as that is where the helicopter will land, nothing bad will happen it just might look weird.
