Hey guys as the description says this reduces the campaign upkeep by -50% for the player only,

This is enabled on all difficulties:
Easy was -25 is now -50
Normal was -10 is now -50
Hard was 0 is now -50
Very Hard was 0 is now -50
Legendary was 0 is now -50

First Mod ever, of all time.
