描述
This mod replaces a number of civilization and city-state icons with more historically accurate or more aesthetically pleasing variations. No more bulls for Spain, way more bulls for Sumer!

@Gundam Woundwort I'm over two years late to respond to this, but the answer is basically that this mod was made for players who think historical accuracy is more important than visual distinction. The change of Brazilian icon in particular, was to reflect that the Brazil you're playing as, is the empire as it existed during Dom Pedro's lifetime, rather than the modern Brazil as we know it today

Why was the Brazil icon replaced with the Civ5 one? At least the Civ6 one is recognizably Brazilian.

As a final note, the three lions heraldry is used to represent England in both football and cricket, hence why it is so well known by the public.
