Ship AI: EVA Ambient Sounds - Added Effects

Presenting my first soundblock mod!

This edition has some added effects to the sounds, which makes them sound more of a ship wide PA announcement with a slight muffled echo and distance feel.

This is a collection of sound effects for the sound block. They consist of some of the background EVA announcements heard in the Command and Conquer games. Most of them are from C&C Renegade.
