Play Europe again is my favorite map. I have noticed that there is never a civ for North Africa, when there are some possibilities. The Carthaginians, for one. However, it gives my Romans a better chance at colonizing it, lol.

It's for playing on Europe map without losing CS slots that would be reserved by the game for CS that don't have TSL for the map and won't be placed in the end.
