Suppression LOS Fix

For some reason -bg-'s SuppressionPlus is not kicking in in my LW2 campaign so I made a fix. Units will now fire indiscriminately when their target moves while being suppressed. This does not change -any- other mechanic, and all rules pertaining to reaction fire, cover and so forth are respected including Lightning Reflexes and Shadowstep.

Typical scenario is suppressing someone on the side of a van, example in pictures. This would not trigger Suppression. And I agree with you, it shouldn't fire since you can't see, but the way it's coded now it needs to fire to resolve the effects or your opponent will have a permanent aim penalty for the turn.

This mod was altered to run constantly, so if you are running LW2, it should always be active.

-= KNOWN ISSUES =-
1. This is a bug that dates back to the days of Vanilla launch. A Codex that is being suppressed who teleports out of Suppression still has the debuff on it. There is no fix for that except to make the AI not teleport when suppressed, which is something that is not covered by this mod.

2. I do not know if the LW team has resolved the issue of being Suppressed then putting the Suppressor in a Stasis Field. In the original game, it does NOT remove the debuff from the target.

The implementation of this mod is different. I use OnPostTemplatesCreation and then just disable the Visibility requirement in the 3 Suppression Shot abilities.
