8 years later... The time has come.
This mod will add the "attack" sound for Aludran Reptiloids which is missing from the final version of Serious Sam HD and wasn't fixed since then. Shame!

You'll find it in your library, if you have FEHD of course.
It's an update for HD and SS3 games. Basically a port of FEHD, SEHD and SS3 on a brand new engine - Serious Engine 2017, but only FEHD is available right now.

When the reptiloid throws the fireball at you. In HD he does it completely silent.
