Remember snd_restart for optimal usage

adds a nice reverb and supersonic crack to the distant fire noises.

Yes. I may have to clean it up some time because I made this when I had a lot less experience but it is certainly usable.

A lot of sound mods do that and sometimes the supersonic cracks cause static in game. I'll see if I can do anything but sometimes it just goes away

your mod keeps making errors like this
