Earth's Moon

So man kind has finally landed on the moon, and plans to establish a thriving colony here and eventually make this a star port for going further into the solar system.
You need to be careful however, as other countries may try to claim your base as their own.

You must reach a population of 500, (with an average of 85% happiness. -- Not working yet)
You will need to reach a prestige of 1000 to show that your base is successful and will last through the ages.
Lastly, you need 100,000 credits once you achieved all of these things, to build the ship yard for expanding beyond the moon.

DISCLAIMER: I will never be uploading another mod to Planetbase workshop again as a result of how horrible this game is with mod management. This is my first and only mod to this workshop, and I may never even update it at all because PlanetBase pisses me off in many ways.

Also, no, I can't do anything about the objectives staying on screen the entire ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, the devs decided this would be great for some stupid reason.

Also, I know there are clouds for some reason, nothing I can do about it.
