For use in gamemode Trouble In Terrorist Town

-Traitor Weapon
-Slot 8

Changes:

-Removed fake health when it shot traitors, still does no damage.
-Lowered Health to 250.
-Explodes when destroyed, does damage.
-Prop removes itself after being destroyed.

Things to do:
Make it not shoot traitors.

I agree to remove this item if the orignal Author or Valve wishes so.
