Here's a lucky Newman who found himself a genuine museum piece! It's a WWII-era Thompson submachine gun apparently used by a 7th Armored Division "Desert Rat". Painted in traditional desert colors and emblazoned with the (terribly hand drawn) Desert Rat insignia, this relic is in tip-top shape as far as guns go these days. Obviously well-cared for by its original owner, this Newman is carrying on the tradition with an occasional spit polish and oiling.
