Ultimate Monopoly

First and foremost, I did NOT create this game. I merely uploaded all the assets to Tabletop Simulator because I thought it was a cool variant of the game and wanted to share it. This was created by Deviant Art user jonizaak, he gives a brief explanation as to how he came up with the idea for this in the rules if you wish to know.

Real quick update from me personally (June 2021), I notice some comments that I hadn't noticed before asking about rules and such and it feels weird to admit this after spending I don't know how long (at the time) putting all this together for TTS but I've never played a game of Ultimate Monopoly, heck to be completely honest I don't like Monopoly enough to want to play this. Like I mention at the top, "I thought it was a cool variant of the game and wanted to share it." I saw a thread on BoardGameGeek with people interested in playing it and decided to it on a whim. If you've ever thought something was cool in theory but wanted nothing to do with it in practice you probably get me. So, sorry I can't answer any questions about rules and such.
TL;DR
I put this together without ever having the intention to play it because I'm a crazy person and I don't know any of the rules

As it says in the preamble of the rules, "ULTIMATE MONOPOLY is designed for players who are highly familiar with, and fans of, MONOPOLY."

Feel free to ignore this but, if you're brand new or not very familiar with Monopoly, consider playing a bit of standard Monopoly before hand because this might get confusing.

Was missing models for the Train Depot, Skyscraper and Cab "Stand" so I grabbed some free ones from cgtrader.com
(I put stand in quotation marks because that is what jonizaak calls them in the rules but I didn't like the idea of a stand for taxies so I made it a garage)

And last but not least.... ME
I create the backs of the cards in the middle because I could not for the life of me find a good picture of the back of a Chance or Community Chest card online and the Travel Voucher and Roll 3 didn't have one.

I also scaled down the models in Maya because they were all ridiculously huge and would not load.

Hopefully I didn't miss anything.

If there are any problems (eg. Missing pieces, misspelling, etc.) or if you have better assets that you'd think would make the game look better, feel free to send me a message or post a comment. I tend to be very quiet, even online, social anxiety and all. Odds are I've seen the message or comment and if I do fix an issue or add an asset I'll be sure to add you to that massive wall of credits at the end.
