Fire Emblem Fates Voice Pack

描述
This mod is a work in progress aiming to bring as many characters from the Fire Emble games on 3DS to the world of Xcom 2. This mod will only bring their English voices. At present, the mod only includes:
From Awakening:
-Robin (with additional voice clips from FE Fates and Codename STEAM)
-Lucina (with additional voice clips from FE Fates and Codename STEAM)
From Fates:
-Beruka
-Arthur
-Takumi
-Hinoka
-Xander
-Selena
-Niles
-Kagero
From Shadow Of Valentia:
-Berkut
-Claire
-Saber
From Tellius (Through Smash Bross)
-Ike (with additional voice clips from other games; thanks to RJC9000 for the help!)

There is no current plan to add more characters, though I remain open to suggestion and I do have a last one in the works. This is because I now plan to move on the Three Houses voice packs, and it will take what little free time I could afford to dedicate to this mod. While I do not plan to add more characters, I will still try to fix any issue or bugs in the mod, so feel free to report them in the comments.

All sounds used in this mod belong to Nintendo.

This mod has been tested with War Of The Chosen and is compatible.

-Saber
ADDED: The mercenary Saber joins the Xcom project after being given a shiny rifle. Hey, at least it saves us 25 supplies.
-Claire
CHANGED: Made Claire a bit quieter because she was too loud. Any claims that this is an attempt at "silencing the Deliverance" are false and I deny them.
-Berkut
FIXED: Berkut no longer sounds possessed when using the Teamwork ability in WOTC.
ADDED: Gave Berkut a few more lines among the unused ones I had lying around. He has roughly 5 or 6 more lines now.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the modding tools on my computer and wouldn't be able to do that.

Thanks for the pack, this + all the Lucina stuff on the workshop allowed me to make one mean (and very thematically-fitting) melee unit!

I'm back folks! After a minor surgical intervention (I'm fine), I found myself with two weeks stuck in my room and decided to make the most of it. I've been able to add Saber to the mod and I have decent progress on Mae. I wanted to release the two of them together but I thought I might as well deliver the content that was ready now.
In addition, and becaue Saber would be lonely if I had published his voice pack on its own, I've made a few improvements to the other SOV voice packs. See for yourselves in game and in the patchnotes.

Lastly, I have made solid progress on my plans to make Three Houses voicepacks. I still cannot give any ETA but I'll have more free time over the winter so even if I don't publish anything soon, you can bet work is being done. My plan would be to start with Dimitri but I might actually get Jeralt, of all character, ready first.

All of them, really. Considering I was planning to rip them from the game myself, that's already a lot of work I don't have to do.

Idk if you're back to XCOM2 stuff after your work or even just playing 3 Houses, but I got something to report.

The amazing people at TheSoundsResource (VgResource) were able to rip pretty much *every* voice line from Three Houses (except for the battle/Crit quotes, it seems).

The voice lines seem to stretch into the high hundreds, if not *thousands* it you consider pre/post skip quotes as "separate" (right now, Dimitri's seems to be sitting at ~600 lines for pre and post skip and I am not done with sorting through everything of his).

If I plan to send files with voice lines, how many voice lines are you willing to look through?

A small update for people who follow this mod: I haven't been able to do much progress (I did a little bit!) this summer because my job hase been making it impossible. I will probably be able to resume work in a week; definitly in October. However it is very possible that the next two characters to be added - Saber and Mae - will be the last I add to this mod for a long time.

Because I'm going to make voicepacks for Three Houses soon! (unless someone else does it before me.) I have checked and I can get all voice clips from the game relativly easilly so it will happen. When, I cannot say but it will happen for sure.

I have not heard of it, I'm affraid I'm not very active in the community due to the lack of time. Thanks for mentionning it, I'll look into that when i next have time to work on this.

Have you tried using the Robojumper voice script thing? It's suppose to make this much easier.

I'm glad you enjoyed the new voices! For FEW that's not a bad idea and I may have the solution: I'm going to rip the voice lines from the ROM itself. After all that worked for SoV so it might work for FEW. Thankfully that's mostly an automated process so it should be fairly simple to check. I'll also be looking at your Marth clips when I have the time, thank you; I've been thinking about adding him for a while but never really found the motivation.
