To all the questioners. This type of no parking marking is common in large parking lots next to event centers. i.e stadiums, expo centers, large shopping stores etc etc. Usually in white paint, but yellow if on a public road.

Red is common. Rarely see yella

@danklesscities well prior to today, there were zero markings of any color to indicate no parking, so methinks you should be satisfied with a yellow marking that indicates no parking
