A Luxury Boutique that sells...Luxury. You can find anything you want to find here, but only at extreme mark-up prices. Lynoious translates to "Luxury"...maybe, in some language, somewhere. Credit check and tax statements required to enter the property (sorry Trump).

I mostly finished this asset about 3 months ago while working on my mall, but never got around to completing it until now. The building is actually modeled after the entrance to the Fair Oaks Malls in Fairfax, VA. I came across an image of the entrance while googling images of malls.

what is this low density for RICO , shouldn't this be high density ! it looks amazing. i wish if u make it high density for RICO.

Hoping I can place these side by side with the other luxurious buildings but those are LV 3 growable :(

Do you think you can make a version w no shop name like you did w the smoothie place? Would love to add some together to make a strip. Thanks
