Quartzel, a character no one asked for! (broken)

I am not responsible for your game crashing when you play a mod that has "(broken)" in the title. Im sorry if you already have the mod and you didn't see the title change but I don't think I can do anything more to let you know that this mod is broken. The only reason I am keeping it up on the workshop is if some one wants to take my sprites and use them. I am compleatly fine with it, make the exact same mod if you want to. Just give me creadit for the sprite sheets.

A new character who has homing tears, 2 black hearts, 3 coins, and a key.

I don't plan on adding anything to this mod, it was just a test for myself to make a new character that dosen't replace a non mod character.
