Added localization support for Robojumper's better job selector.

Adds a job for rebels designed to work only in liberated regions: this job will enable rebels to use their region's network tower to search for certain types of activity on ADVENT's network, in hopes of tracing down Avatar Project research to their sources.

In other words, a freebie way to track down facilities, though you will need to have contacted the region the facility is in.

By default one rebel working on this by themselves should take around 40-50 days to work, a scientist assigned as the haven adviser will increase the efficiency of the task.

The job should automatically init itself in in-progress campaigns. A better system to pick jobs for rebels when you have all these job mods installed will come eventually.

I like this mod, "a freebie way to track down facilities," considering the fact that its almost impossible to find alien facilities without this mod!

I've tried EVERYTHING I could think of to find alien facilities which are tied to the Avatar Project including Skull Screws! What do I get? Butkus; nada, zip, zero, and zilch! Thank God for this Mod!

@dannyevision20, I 'think' I started the Facility Hunt job in two havens of regions i'd already liberated. It was a while ago...

did you need to have the entire continent liberated before they work as in my question below/ also did you already have an advent network tower and finally does having the guys on facility hunt on find facilities in that region or can they be found worldwide from one spot?

Seems to be working fine. Currently got more facilities than I can deal with. Currently don't have any haven personnel working the facility hunt job (took them off when I had enough to deal with), but guessing there are more hidden Avatar facilities out there judging by the LW2 Doom Counter.
