Waypoint System (Minecraft style)

This allows you to create simple waypoints in single player!
It can also be installed onto a server although, only the clients who placed the waypoints will be able to see them.

- "!waypoint add" Lets you add waypoints.
- "!waypoint remove" Lets you remove waypoints.
- "!waypoint save" Lets you save/load waypoints.
- "!waypoint all" Opens all three menus at once.

- "waypoint_addpoints" Lets you add waypoints.
- "waypoint_removepoints" Lets you remove waypoints.

Yes there is a multiplayer version found in HL script and Gscript. However this version is cut down(now has more features) to work in single player and I did make the original which is in those scripts.
I left PrintTable in oops.
