Unrandomised Battle Royale On UTES.

REQUIRES: CUP expansions + CBA.

Update Log:
V1.0 - Weapons, Player, Vehicle spawns. End points and intro music.
V1.1 - Fixed vehicle fuel, Fixed castle ramps. Fixed unobtainable weapons. Fixed spectator and death cam.
V1.2 - Removed all bar one thermal vision aid. Placed accordingly. Added more junk weapons. Added NVGs. Replaced some high powered guns. Reworked castle spawn. (General balancing)
V1.3 - Removed Railed FAL.
V1.4 - DEATH ZONES!
V1.5 - Removed DEATH ZONES :(
