just for anyones info, rebel reskins do work if you don't like the regular rebel skin

@cxero You act as if developers don't have lives and aren't just normal people that could be anywhere. He could certainly be someone working on the team, he literally says in his bio that he's worked on multiple games and lists the games he has worked on. Why would he lie about such specific things?

so what this does is replace the NPC citizens? so if im playing HL2 campaign in Gmod, the citizens will wear this?
