描述
This home is located on the esplanade, in the bayside suburb of Brighton - almost equal in prestige to Toorak. It was built in 1988, and was set on a 3200sqm block, with bay, beach and city skyline views. The property sold in 2006 for a record AUD11.2 million. When put on the market again in 2013, the asking price was AUD20 million. No offers were forthcoming, so the vendor subdivided the block, slicing off the pool and half of the tennis court, selling 800sqm for AUD4 million. The remainder of the block, and the home were sold for AUD10.8 million.

To fit the house on a 32m x 32m block, I have left out the 25m indoor lap pool, relocated the original outdoor pool, and reduced the building scale by 15%. Also, as with my other assets, Cities Skylines doesn’t allow me to model access to underground parking/cinema/cellar.

Hi again, Thanks! It's working now :) Took me a while to find as I didn't type in 'Toorak' lol.. just the prior name, but the name change to Toorak 03 is great also :))

As they say, when all else fails, read the instructions. I found a tutorial on how to update a workshop asset, and I hope its fixed this time. Let me know.

I must have been confused, it's a house labelled as '2 Kinane', so is this one, and is the only one placing as different colors, red, green, and just before a 'yellow'.. (I just found it via 'growable' as not in the 'rico' menu..)

Sorry if I confused anything, am new to using mods, so some are hard to find, and only had the 'find it' for a short while, and not all are tagged in an obvious way (lol).. the (2 Kinane 'L5), looks bright red in the selection, white only as about to place it.. then once placed is red/green or yellow.).

Hi, Thanks! They place now as white, only the ones that were there already, I think 'auto spawned' by the game, not sure, of course remain those colors.. (I may even leave them there, as little place markers, lol, am used to them now)

Hi Sevennah. Im not sure what happened, but Ive fixed it in the Asset Editor. If it still appears in wacky colours, let me know.

Not sure what this is incompatible with, love the houses but all mine (of any of the Toorak Houses) end up being a bright red, or green. I too have no 'color' mod that I'm aware of, just some 'general' type for the scenery ie: eyecandy and another for the overall look. Could those be it?

I dont have any color mod and building keep changing color when I place it! Please fix it. It's an amazing house!

the orientation is correct. If you look at the photos of the real house, entrance to the block is on the side, and the front door is actually at the back of the house.

Are you using any colour mods at moment? They can play havoc with building colours in game.
